Terms and conditions of participation
1. all participations should be in compliance with the principles and values of sharia laws.
2. the contents of the participation should not conflict with the overall objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education.
3. the topic of the participation should be with the topics stated by the conference.
4. To comply with the terms of every topic and activity.
5. The participation original idea should belong to the students themselves and not to include any academic dishonesty.
6. the participation should not have been presented to any scientific journal or conference inside the kingdom or overseas.
7. The participant should be registered one of the Saudi government or private universities or colleges for the academic year 1435H ( Diploma, Bachelor, Master or PhD).
8. bachelor degree students should attach a letter signed by the dean of admission and registration where it states that students have not yet completed their graduation requirements.
9. the resume of the participant should be attached and should not exceed one page.
10. in case the participation is shared by more than one student, the names of the participants should be submitted along with the percentage of each one’s participation as well as the head of the group and his deputy along with the participants signature.
11. To approve the form of declaration for students which is available on the e-system.
12. a student is allowed to participate with 2 scientific research and 2 artistic work at most.
13. the coordinator shall review all the personal information by participants and has the right either to accept or reject the participation.
Required documents for participation:
1. bachelor degree students should attach a letter signed by the dean of admission and registration where it states that students have not yet completed their graduation requirements.
2. the resume of the participant should be attached and should not exceed one page.
3. in case the participation is shared by more than one student, the names of the participants should be submitted along with the percentage of each one’s participation as well as the head of the group and his deputy along with the participants signature.
4. relevant documents of every participation such description or summary.
5. All required documents for uploading should be saved in PDF form.
6. hardcopy as well as soft copy should be submitted to the coordinators.
7. deadline of submission of participations is 1/2/1435H
