Vision:

Recruiting and promoting faculty members based on professional standards and in accordance with quality criteria to fulfil the objectives of the college.

 

Mission:

To professionally coordinate between the scientific departments and the higher authorities at the university associated with recruitment of faculty members, lecturers, teaching assistants and scientific promotions

 

Objectives:

  1. Coordinate between scientific departments and the higher authorities in the university associated with recruitment of faculty members, lecturers, teaching assistants, and promotions.
  2. Ensuring that the requirements of recruitment and academic promotions in the college are met.
  3. Supervising and updating the files of applicants for academic jobs to serve the college's goals.
  4. Ensuring the integrity of the procedures for recruitment and academic promotions in the college.
