A Workshop entitled: leadership training for the colleges students As part of the events of the quality and development deanship training unit and in coordination with the college unit of excellence, a training program entitled (leadership training for colleges students) has been presented by His Excellency Dr / Mubarak Bin Salem Al- Saif, leadership development expert, and a member of the American Association for the development of leaders (ALDA ) and which targeted the faculty members. The program tackled the leading and guiding methods of how to deal with students, it sought to clarify the concept of leadership and its theory, the environment analysis, and confine the faculty members’ needed competences in training and teaching, the ability to distinguish students and guide them to the methods of study and research , and finding talented and outstanding students; to identify with the best global experiences in training, in addition to training on how to conduct applying through planning , organizing, and complying with the regulations and laws. In this sense, Dr Mubarak displayed several practical cases and real life examples. The program was monitored by Dr. / Jamal Halawa, the quality center programs official and coordinator and the last part of the program was devoted to an open discussion to answer all the audience’s questions
