Psychological Health Course

In coordination with the College's Training and Public Relations Unit, the Student Support Unit held on Wednesday 08/05/1437 AH, a training session for students on (Psychological Health, Problems and Methods of Treatment), in Hall (26/3). Dr. Jalal Al-Sadiq, the Head of the unit presented the session, which included the definition of psychological health and the importance of its positive factors particularly for students. The session also dealt with the most significant psychological problems faced by students, including fear, anxiety, depression and shyness. Furthermore, Dr. Al-Sadiq explained the main symptom of these problems and their impact on the students' physical, social and psychological health, as well as on their behavioral patterns, and then he explained the most important methods of treating these problems. At the end of the session, Dr. Al-Sadiq answered the students' questions and queries.
