The Training Unit in cooperation with the Department of English Language at female campus delivered a lecture entitled “Exam Anxiety” on Monday. The lecture was presented by Dr. Farah Al-Quraini who talked about exams, necessity to be prepared, mental preparation, how to overcome exam anxiety, types and causes of exam anxiety and how to overcome them.
