His Excellency the College Dean and the Vice-Dean of the College Educational Affairs convened with the Student Advisory Council. His Excellency the College Dean, Dr Tarek Bin Suleiman Al-Bahlal and the Vice-Dean of the College Educational Affairs, Dr Youssef Bin Mohamed Al-Mahous convened with the Student Advisory Council in the college in the presence the Secretary of the Students’ Activities Unit, Professor Haythem Al-Youssef. Indeed, the Dean of had urged Students to animate the council in the appropriate image, and he emphasized the students effective role in the college. In addition, students had nominated the Student, Fahd Al Ghathfan as the Secretary of the Council. Then, three students were selected to translate the objectives of the Student Council Founding Document. These students are as follows; Abdul Aziz Al- Raidan, Abdullah Al- Sehiman, and Fahd Al- Ghathfan. Then, His Excellency the Vice-Dean had emphasized the need for the Student Advisory Council’s participation in the translation of the Council’s objectives. Furthermore, they had put forward the idea of establishing a course for the Council Students dealing with these matters. Also, discussion part was opened to listen to the students’ opinions about how to activate the communication between the College students and the administration. Moreover, the Council’s members had set a number of proposals which had received a considerable acclaim and would be executed in the future. And, it was decided that the next Monday will be the second meeting with His Excellency in order to set the initiatives proposed by the Council to translate the Council’s objectives on the ground. At the end, His Excellency the Dean concluded the meeting by thanking the students for their attendance, and emphasizing that the Deanship and the agency are on their service at anytime to provide them with help for any inquiry
