Director of Administration held a meeting with the heads of academic departments, heads of administrative units, faculty members, and personnel. Therefore, during the meeting an explanation about the new system of the administrative communication and how to access it was clarified, as well as the powers that each person has to access the system, in addition to the way of sending, receiving, and transferring letters. Also, during the meeting, all the questions relating to system have been answered, where a group of attendees practiced some applications and trainings on the system. At the end of the meeting, the Director of Administration expressed his thanks to everyone for their attendance and interaction, as this system is considered as distinct quantum leap at the university in which the system will have a positive impact in advancing work effectively and efficiently
