The Competition of the Efficiency of Recitation by the Sixth Scientific Conference

In a competitive atmosphere, the College of Sciences and Humanities in Hutat Sudair started on Sunday, 7th December 2014 the sixth scientific conference for the nomination for the recitation competition, which was attended by a number of colleges. The participating colleges were the College of Sciences and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair, The Zulfi Education College, The Majmaah Education College, The College of Applied Medical Sciences, The College of Sciences and Humanities in Ghatt, and the deanship of Preparatory Year. The event was inaugurated with some Koranic verses recited by student Afnan Jarallah, then the speech of the college’s agent of Students Affairs, Prof. Maha Abdulrahman Allifan, was delivered in which she welcomed the attendance on the behalf of the college’s deanery, and presented her thanks to the Ministry of Higher Education for such events that bridge the gap between colleges and faculties, consolidate the honest scientific competition, and promote creativity and skills. Additionally, she thanked the dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Kumizi, for his constant surveillance and support for such events. Afterwards, Dr. Safia Al-Shahrani participated with a phone interference in which she spoke about the skills, and stimulated girls to scientific competition in such fields, and then the event started in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and competition which lasted for almost three hours and a half. The day came to an end with anticipations about who is going to proceed, in an atmosphere of intimacy and love. The event was concluded with a concluded word uttered by the agent of Students Affairs in which she prayed to God to tune everyone and presented her congratulations in advance for who will be the college’s representative in the recitation competition and who will deliver an honorable image. In addition, she urged everyone to refine this talent, to devote it to the call to God and good citizenship, and to bear the responsibility of this generous home, in addition to devote more efforts for the country’s progress and development
