The College held a lecture entitled “the developmental project for the University Rehabilitation for the Academic Accreditation.” Within the programs of the Training and Educating Commission of the University developmental project for rehabilitation and Academic Accreditation, the college hosted, on Tuesday, 07/07/1435 AH, Professor Tewfik Bin Selah Al- Mdihim, supervisor of the Skills developing Agency in the Quality and Developing Deanship, to give an introductory lecture on the developmental project for the university rehabilitation for the academic accreditation. Indeed, he talked about the importance of this project emanating from the Training and Educating Commission in the Quality and Developing Deanship which is considered a cornerstone in the process of the university rehabilitation for the academic accreditation at both the internal the external level. Besides, His Excellency Professor Tewfik Al-Mdihim presented a guide dealing with the effectiveness of this project from its beginning till its end. Indeed, he began his lecture by talking about the nature of the academic accreditation and its importance locally through the National Commission for Quality and Accreditation, and globally given what it represents of good reputation for the university and its employees inside and abroad which ensures for its graduates to work in local and global well-reputed companies. He, also, talked about the regulatory levels of the Quality Committees in the university. Furthermore, he clarified the role of the organizational hierarchy in making plans and drawing the future, the role of the emanating committees concerned with supervision, and the effective role of the executive committees in the implementation of what is assigned to it of enforcing the already make plans with total efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, His Excellency talked about the phases as well as the difficulties experienced by the committees, and how to overcome them through making a time plan to execute each plan separately and to work in a unified team. Also, it is worth mentioning that the meeting was broadcasted to the female students via (the video conference), wherein Dr, Ziyed Bin Hamad Al-Amer, the College Vice-Dean of Quality and Development opened the space for both men and women to ask questions for His Excellency the Skills Developing Agency’s Director in the Quality and Developing Skills Deanship who answered them enriching, as such, the debate and dialogue
