Message from the Head of Department

Welcome to the Computer Science Department.

Computer Science Department in the College of Computer Sciences and Information Technology at Majmaah University is committed to provide high academic standards in the different fields of computer science to its students. The department aspires to spread excellence and creativity and also spreading the culture of team work in an academic environment that is revolving around its students. Among its objectives is the development of innovative research and the participation of achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. The department offers many disciplines or tracks such as data science, artificial intelligence, computer security and software engineering.

Our vision in the Computer Science Department is to provide an accredited academic program that meets international standards in the field of computer science in order to prepare a generation of well-trained and qualified professional in this field.

Our mission is to prepare qualified graduates with high skills, latest knowledge, sufficient experience and strong moral values to join the labor market in the field of computer science and to serve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
