Goals and Objectives

  • To provide services such as monitoring students’ attendance and encourage them for regular and on-time presence.

  • To investigate and settle any complaints and grievances submitted by students.

  • To ensure anonymity regarding all complaints for the safety of our students.

  • Providing necessary consultations to students in terms of their academic and non-academic problems in CCIS.

  • To enlighten students about their rights within CCIS and how to obtain them from official and legitimacy channels.

  • To coordinate among all the units of the college.
