About Unit

The Students Services and Rights Unit at CCIS is a vital supportive unit for students. It provides many services to students and makes sure to keep improving all such services. One of the services provided is to monitor students’ attendance and to make sure to put the required procedures to encourage regular and on-time participation. It also provides counseling services in the following aspects: academic (educational), social (psychological), and preventive (environmental). It also helps students in solving their problems and make every effort to create all conditions for them to successfully complete their education and to eventually achieve their goals.

The unit also aims to educate the students on their academic rights and the services provided for them in accordance with the university’s policies, and to make sure on how to get these rights from the perspective department.
