Internet Safe Use Campaign - Let's be safe

The College of Computer and Information Sciences held a two days campaign on Thursday and Friday 7 - 8/3 / 1440 H. The campaign was aimed at raising awareness of the necessary precautions when using the Internet to reduce the risks associated with its use, as well as the protection and integrity of information. Moreover, the campaign aimed to introduce the basics of privacy and the preservation of digital reputation in addition to the importance of reporting inappropriate content. The targeted audience were children, but 80 visitors of different ages were received by the college female students who explained the principles to help children navigate safely. The college representative students distributed gifts to children and refreshments to visitors.
