Under the guidance of the Dean of College of Science and Humanities Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Omar, the Unit of Faculty and Staff Members Affairs held a workshop entitled “Introduction to Performance Management”. Presented by Dr. Tarek Jah Al - Rasool in the training room of the College on Tuesday, 18/6/1439 AH, the workshop is aimed at the following:
• An introduction to performance management.
• How to properly evaluate staff.
• How to properly evaluate supervisors.
At the end of the workshop, the Dean of the College, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Tarek Jah Al-Rasul for his cooperation.
