Course Description:

This course aims to introduce the law, its sources, scope and interpretation. It also addresses the definition of commercial law, its history, sources, and scope of its application. Moreover, it focuses on the legal rights and responsibilities of individuals and companies in trade and business. The course deals with some regulations related to business and trade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as: commercial agencies, commercial papers, companies, dispute resolution, and the financial market system.
