A Training Course: Microsoft Word for Secretary Job

At the request of the Dean, Dr. Omar Al-Omar and the follow-up of the Vice-Dean at female campus, Ms. Reem Al-Mutairi, the Community Unit in cooperation with the Department of Education in Ghat conducted a workshops for administrative employees at schools entitled “: Microsoft Word for Secretary Job”.
The 2-day workshop was presented by Ms. Halimah Al-Rasheedi. The objective of the workshop is to equip employees with the necessary skills of using MS Word for Secretarial work.
Detailed objectives:
1. Learn the features of MS Word
2. How to create a letter template?
3. Using mail merge to create a certificate
4. Learn about boarder and shading of the file
5. Learn about footnote at bottom of page
6. Learn about numbering pages
7. Learn about numbering list
8. How to change MS Word to PDF file
9. Learn how to restrict editing on a Word document
10. How to print on special paper
