The College held a workshop for students of the Department of Business Administration - Human Resources Track - entitled (Analysis and Classification of Jobs). The workshop was presented by Dr. Tariq Jah Al-Rasoul, Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management in the Department of Business Administration, on Sunday, 11/5/2023, and addressed many topics including: learning about the concept of job analysis and classification, the objectives and importance of job analysis and classification and the job analysis forms.
This program was conducted at the request of the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the College of Sciences and Humanities in Ghat, Dr. Muhammad Al-Harbi, and under the supervision and follow-up of Dr. Abdul Salam Al Jumah, the head of the Business Administration Department.
Dr. Al Harbi, pointed out that these courses and workshops are part of the college’s plans targeting students, stressing that the college shall leave no stone unturned to serve students and improve their skills.
