In collaboration with Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research through the Secretary of Scholarship and Training Committee Mr. Mohammed Al-Mhimid, College of Sciences and Human Studies in Al-Ghat conducted a workshop on Scholarship procedures.
Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, College Dean, along with Vice Deans and Heads of Departments attended the workshop that focused on discussing number of topics related to scholarships such as the importance of auditing scholarship plan according to the needs of scientific departments, the procedural manual of scholarship. The new electronic system for applying for scholarship, which was lunched recently by university Rector, were also addressed during the workshop.
At the end of the workshop, questions of lecturers about scholarship and challenges faced were answered, then Dean of College extended his appreciation to the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies for holding this workshop.
