A Workshop on ‘Sign Language’

Guided by the Dean of College of Science and Humanities Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, and with the follow up of Dr. Huda Al-Barrak, College Vice-Dean, the English Club organized a workshop on the theme of ‘Sign Language’.
Ms. Nourah Al-Hosain, an English Department graduate and holder of specialized diploma in Sign Language, presented the workshop on Sunday.
The workshop covered a number of topics such as:
1. Numbers in Sign Language
2. Letters, words, common sentences in Sign Language.
Dr. Al-Omar, College Dean, ensured that these workshops demonstrate the tendency of the college to conduct all types of training courses and activities that would develop the students’ skills. He also encouraged students to participate in these workshops and to show their talents.
