At the request of the dean, Dr. Omar Al-Omar and the follow-up of the vice-dean at female campus, Ms. Reem Al-Mutairi, a virtual training course was held at the female campus entitled “Professional Ambition”.
Presented by Dr. Rehab Farouq on Sunday, the course targeted the college staff and faculty members and addressed the following topics:
1. What is ambition
2. Importance ambition for individual and society
3. Characteristics of ambitious person
4. Challenges of ambition
5. Motivation for ambition
The dean pointed out that such courses are very important for the development of the college staff.
