Under directives from the Dean of the College of Science and Humanities Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar and follow-up of the Vice-Dean for Development and Quality Dr. Ali bin Abdul-Karim Al-Saawi, the Strategic Planning Unit organized a training course entitled "Strategic Planning" on Tuesday 11/06/1439.
Dr. Faisal Mohammed Nafie Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Dr. Tawfiq Younis Al-Masri, Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration gave the lecture which targeted the staff at the education department in Ghat city.
The course included a number of topics: 1. Strategic planning 2. Benefits of strategic planning 3. Planning constraints 4. Contributors to the preparation of the Strategic Plan? 5. Stages of strategic planning 6. Identify the institution's identity 7. Setting strategic and sub objectives 8. Setting the executive plan 9. Following up implementation and evaluation of progress.
The Dean of the College, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al Omar said that these courses come as part of the mission of the College in providing activities, programs, and events that serve the community.
