A Meeting to discuss Performance Indicators of Research Unit

At the request of the dean, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, the Research Unit at the college conducted a meeting to discuss the research’s report of performance indicators, 2019.
Chaired by the vice-dean for graduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Ali Al-Hajras, the meeting focused on discussing the importance of measuring performance indicators on regular basis and the mechanisms of motivating faculty members for publishing.
The meeting also addressed the new performance indicators based on the university third strategic plan.
The dean stressed the importance of holding training courses to improve faculty members and students’ skills in publishing research.
