The forum that held to introduce Secondary School students, third class about the college
According to the directions of the College Dean, Dr. Khalid Al Shafi, the College of Sciences and Humanities, Ghat organized a forum at Al Rahmania Centre, Ghat Province with coordination with Administration of Education to introduce the Secondary School students, third class about the college. The discussion was opened by the speech of the Vice Dean of Studies and Academic Development, Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al Bashar, who outlined history of the college since its establishment o and the different specialties at the college and explained the academic systems and the regulation in the college. Then the heads of different departments explained the academic systems and the success requirements. The heads also displayed different academic plans for each specialty and they also drawn the students attention to the job opportunities that are available to each specialty. Then The students’ activities secretary, Dr. Ahmed Faris Al Zu’abi explained to the students how to choose their specialty and they should consider certain standards and criteria. Finally, faculty members answered all the questions that posed by students. Moreover, the director of the dean office also advised the students to study at the college and he added that jobs are available for the students if the exert efforts and study the appropriate specialty. The female section organized the same event at the hall of the educational training in the Administration of education in Ghat.
