CCIS college has conducted hands-on training of  Blackboard LMS (Learning and management system) for all faculty members male and female.

The female section of CCIS organized on Wednesday 26/09/2018 a seminar on IELTS. The event was organized and presented by the English language lecturer at the college Mrs.

As part of its efforts to encourage students to practice scientific activities through student clubs during the summer vacation, the Technical Club held a programming competition entitled "Mr. Programmer".

Within the framework of endorsing its community services, the college of Computer and Information Sciences welcomed a student delegation from King Abdullah High School in Majmaah.

A CCIS delegation, headed by the Dean, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Shihri, and made of the College Vice-deans as well as Departments Heads visited the rector of the University, Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Al-Migrin, to congratulate him on the new academic year.

The College of Computer and Information Sciences held its first competitions regarding the best graduation project at the college for 1438/1439.

Two types of graduation projects were presented:

A group of students won the first place in the "National Programming Contest" organized by the Center of Software and Electronic Applications at Hail University.
