CCIS leaders visit to rector

A CCIS delegation, headed by the Dean, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Shihri, and made of the College Vice-deans as well as Departments Heads visited the rector of the University, Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Al-Migrin, to congratulate him on the new academic year. The Dean reviewed a detailed report on:

- the most important achievements the College made in the previous academic year

-the Hiring rates of graduates  

-the plans for the current year

-the new academic tracks

-the plans of the college to enhance community service and research.

And the readiness of the college to receive new students, especially the postgraduate ones.

The rector welcomed the delegation and praised the college and its achievements. Dr. AL-Migrin addressed some important messages and stressed the need for honest performance of duties and due care for students. He highlighted the fact that a college is the key incubator and guider for students. He noted the importance of the college's mission in particular and the university in general first to the local community, and second to the country. The Rector specifically insisted on ensuring the two bodies proper performance of their missions. Furthermore, Dr. AL Migrin pointed out to the utmost importance for the college to match its outcomes with the achievement of the vision of the Kingdom 2030. At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College thanked the Rector and expressed his appreciation for his unlimited support asking the Almighty Alllah to perpetuate the blessing of security and faith under the umbrella of the Kingdom wise leadership.
