A Workshop on University Teaching Strategies

The Vice-Dean’s office for Quality and Development at female campus conducted on Sunday a workshop titled “ University Teaching Strategies”. Presented by Ms. Bayyna Al-Subaie, Assistant of Vice-Dean for Quality and Development, the workshop focused on improving the teaching staff teaching performance. Some significant tips were suggested on how teachers can foster their bonds with students and how to deal with some unwanted behavior demonstrated by students in classrooms. Strategies of active learning and writing exam papers were also addressed as well as how to prepare a course plan. The workshop was wrapped up with some ideas that help teachers to utilize their office hours.
