The Alumni Unit at the Department of Educational Affairs in coordination with the Training Unit at the Quality and Development Department held a workshop entitled "Leadership Skills" on Thursday in Hall No. 3. Presented by Dr. Jamal Halawa, the workshop addressed the topics of leadership, the sources of power in leadership, leadership theories and application. Qualities of a successful leader, and effective leadership skills were also discussed.
