Scope:

1- Follow-up of faculty members’ needs.

2- Follow-up of faculty members’ recruitment procedures.

3- Follow-up of faculty members’ promotion procedures according to their department recommendations.

4- Follow-up of faculty members’ sabbaticals’ procedures.

5- Study of faculty members’ achievements’ report

6- Follow-up of the procedures concerning faculty members’ participation in conferences and seminars inside and outside the country.

7- Follow-up of faculty members’ transfer procedures from a department to another in the college.

8- Coordination with the Units of the College.

9- Follow-up of faculty members’ scholarship procedures

10- Follow-up of faculty members’ scholarship transfer from a college or university to another.

11- Preparation of reports about underachievers in scholarship programs.

12- Preparation of detailed reports about the status of scholarship students at a college.
