Nursing-Program Educational Objectives(PEOs)

Program Educational Objectives(PEOs)

The Nursing Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) provide the link between the program and the needs of stakeholders as well as a link between the program and the missions of the university and CAMS. The Nursing educational processes are planned and organized to ensure that the PEOs can be achieved. These educational processes include the means to develop, deliver, evaluate, and improve the quality of Nursing graduates several years after graduation and hence meet program objectives.

The Nursing PEOs are:

1.

Provide an opportunity of distinguished education for students to become competent, critical thinkers, and responsible general nurses.

2.

Work in collaboration with other academic and health institution to try and overcome the severe shortage of nurses in the kingdom.

3.

Provide a quality health care to patients, families, and communities through nursing research and education.
