The Vice-Dean welcomed the students and expressed his pleasure with their visit, as “the College is looking forward to students’ joining it at the beginning of next academic year.”

He also explained to the visiting students that the College is known as an academic institution concerned with theory and application, so they have to be high achievers to be eligible to join.

Dr. Saleh encouraged students to improve their skills in English language and computer.
Student's choice of engineering specialization should be made on scientific basis and logical thinking, coupled with personal tendencies. “This will boost your ability to achieve your aspirations”. Dr. Saleh added.

He also assured students of the availability of demand for engineers in the local market in several fields.

Then Dr. Tariq Nabil gave the students an overview of the extracurricular activities in the college and its usefulness in strengthening the bonds between the student and his colleagues on campus, which reflects positively on his future personality as a successful engineer.

A representative from every academic department at the College presented the visiting students with an overview of the academic disciplines on campus, the sub-tracks in each specialization and the fields of work available for each sub-track.

They also pointed out some criteria that must be followed after completing the preparatory year courses in order to choose the appropriate specialization for their academic and professional orientation.
The students were provided with detailed leaflets on all academic disciplines and engineering training.

At the end of the meeting, the students were taken on a tour of all the departments of the College and the engineering labs.
