•  Tasks:

1.    Set an annual work plan for the unit’s activities.

2.    Prepare reports on the final exams.

3.    Measure and analyze questionnaires related to the department.

4.    Submit a report to the department’s Quality Unit at the end of academic year.

5.    Undertake any other tasks assigned to it
