•    Tasks of the Committee:

1-    Set an annual work plan for the unit’s activities.

2-    Determine the training needs of the department.

3-    Prepare a training plan for programs and courses (for faculty members and students).

4-    Follow up the implementation of the training plan.

5-    Supervise the communication process with skills development bodies at the university

6-    Submit a completion report to the department’s Quality Unit.

7-    Undertake any other assigned tasks
