•    Tasks of the Committee:

1-    Set an annual work plan for the unit’s activities.

2-    Settle complaints and grievances submitted by students 

3-    Set forms for grievances.

4-    Submit recommendations to the head of the department to make decisions.

5-    Inform grievance applicants about the result

6-    Submit the a completion report to the department’s Quality Unit.

7-    Undertake any assigned tasks
