•    Tasks of the Committee :

1-    Set an annual work plan for the unit’s activities.

2-    Supervise the department's website.

3-    Document the department’s activities and events.

4-    Prepare introductory signs for the department.

5-    Follow up and post announcements on the department's screen.

6-    Submit a completion report to the department’s Quality Unit.

7-    Undertake any assigned tasks
