Under the sponsorship of the Vice-Rector's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, and under the supervision of the Student Activities Committee, a workshop titled "Lung Cancer" was held at the College of Engineering.
The event took place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, and began by a welcoming speech by Dr. Anas Al-Munif, the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, for their collaboration with the students to educate students medically.
The workshop was presented by a group of students from various academic specialties in the College of Medical Sciences, including the Department of Public Health, the Department of Medical Equipment, the Department of Physiotherapy, and the Department of Nursing. Each student gave a presentation about lung cancer from their medical perspective, providing insights and guidance related to the disease based on their medical expertise.
At the end of the session, the presenters opened the floor for questions and inquiries for faculty members and students .
