The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at MU conducted a scientific trip to the project of the Ministry of Housing in Majmaah on Tuesday.

ِA number of faculty members and students (grade 9&10) joined the scientific trip which was headed by Dr. Hani Al-Enezi, Head of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.

The aim of the trip is to integrate the roles between academic and educational institutions, on one hand, and the industrial and construction sector on the other hand, as it will achieve the Vision 2030 in this field.

Students toured the housing project and were briefed about all stages of engineering planning and implementation of buildings and engineering facilities.

They were also introduced to a hands-on of the modern construction technology used in the project, which is one of the latest building and construction techniques in the world.
