The College of Education in Majmah, represented by the Department of Educational Sciences, organized a training course entitled: "Stress Management" on Wednesday, 12/6/1439, at 10.30 am in the College.

Presented by Dr. Mona El-Gamal, Assistant Professor, the session aims to introduce students to stress, its forms, the relationship of personality and stress, the physical indicators of stress, its causes and the ways to overcome it.

The course comes within the framework of the student activity plan in the Department of Educational Sciences for the academic year 38/39, which aims to improve the skills of the college students.
