On the occasion of the world day of Arabic language dated on 18/12, the Arabic Dept. at the College of Education in Majmaah commemorated this occasion via conducting a number of activities. The event was attended by Dr. Abdelrahman A. Al-Sabt, Dean of College, His deputies, directors of departments, some faculty members and a handful of students.
Dr. Abdullah F. Al-Shehri, Director of Arabic Language delivered a speech he elaborated the status of the language and the perspectives of some orientalists towards it. Dr. Ahmed I. Nada, gave a speech about the possible expressions of Arabic language.
Dr. Al-Sabt addressed the audience with a speech where he expressed his gratitude about this event and extended his thanks to the Arabic Dept. for commemorating this event.
