b) Operational Goals:

Assess the services of academic guidance and counselling provided to students.

Overcome the reasons of academic stumbling for students to study its causes and the way to handle it.

Help male and female students who need psychological, or social, or financial services to overcome and handle these problems. Develop the capacities and skills of male and female students to achieve better academic results.

Encourage outstanding and gifted male and female students, and provide assistance to them in whatever enhances their capabilities and potentials. Development of male and female students’ interactive skills such as: communication skills, stress control, professional treatment, and the working as a team.

Help male and female students in determining future career goals and assist them to set plans to ensure access to them. Provision of the necessary support for fresh male and female students in the college to overcome the difficulties they may face.
