Responsibilities

The Vice- Dean's Office for the Female Campus is responsible for:

1. Coordinating with the College's vice-dean's offices and academic departments to support the College's goals and strategic priorities.

2. Representing the Dean in matters related to female students, including overseeing faculty affairs in coordination with the Dean and supervising the academic and administrative affairs of female students.

3. Overseeing student affairs and ensuring the quality of services provided to female students.

4. Supervising the units affiliated with the Vice-Dean's Office and monitoring their performance.

5. Reviewing student complaints and submitting recommendations to the Dean.

6. Receiving visitors, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance in accordance with University policies and regulations.

7. Monitoring the implementation of internal and external directives related to female students and examinations.

8. Chairing the Student Disciplinary Committee for the Female Campus.

9. Overseeing examination department, including the allocation of examination halls and invigilation arrangements.

10. Implementing decisions and recommendations issued by the College Council or the Dean
