Responsibilities of Vice-Dean at Female Campus:

Overview:
The Vice-Dean at Female Campus is a faculty member assigned primarily to overseeing work flow at female campus, including administrative, financial and technical affairs, based on the rules and regulations and in coordination with the college’s dean.
Organizational structure
The Vice-Dean is a member of the college’s board and she reports directly to the Dean.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the administrative and organizational relations with the dean, vice-deans and head of departments.
- Oversea the process of meeting the needs of educational, research, administrative and financial processes at female campus.
- Maintain fixed and movable properties at the college
- Contribute in developing the working environment at female campus
- Help in the process of evaluating staff performance
- Maintain discipline inside and outside the university
- Represent the college’s female campus inside and outside the university
- Follow-up implementing the operational plan at female campus
- Propose new mechanisms for developing the administrative performance at female campus
- Oversea the implementation of fire drill plans during emergency and in coordination with respected sectors
- Identify the needs at female campus with regard to maintenance, safety, security and library facilities, and report to the dean
- Coordinate with deans’ assistance on regular basis to achieve the colleges’ goals
- Undertake any assigned task by the board or the dean
