The Educational Affairs and Testing Unit was established in the College of Education in 1445 AH based on the decision of the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Othman. The unit is connected to the Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Nasser.

The unit is responsible for developing study plans to improve educational outcomes and meet the academic accreditation standards. This is achieved by preparing study timetables, regulating the process of registration and add/drop courses, developing measurement and evaluation standards for students, and following up on evaluation of various college programs.

It is also responsible for managing examination committees and invigilators as well as receiving mid-term and make-up test papers from other colleges.
