The College of Engineering visits Sudair City for Industry and Business

A delegation of the College of Engineering conducted a field visit to Sudair City for Industry and Business. The delegation was headed by the Dean of the College, Dr. Saleh Al-Dahsh and in the presence of the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs. The delegation was welcomed by the Director of Sudair City for Industry and Business, Eng. Ahmed Al-Mudhahi.

Mutual cooperation between the two sides were discussed particularly in the field of providing solutions, engineering consultancy and research fields Innovation and entrepreneurship.

The delegation also listened to a brief explanation by Eng. Al-Mudhahi, about the importance of the geographical location of Sudair City for industry and business, the city’s facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and the most prominent partners along with the statistics of factories and future visions.

The delegation also went on a tour to the Coca-Cola Beverages Factory in Sudair City for Industry and Business and were briefed on the factory's production lines, manufacturing steps and processes, and quality and occupational safety procedures.

The Dean of the College, Dr. Al-Dahesh, explained the importance of such meetings for engaging with the public and private sectors.
