WITH TWO RENEWABLE ENERGY INNOVATIONS, COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING PARTICIPATE IN SAUDI ELECTRICITY FORUM, 2017

The College of Engineering participated in the Saudi Electricity Forum 2017, held at Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh from the period 20-22 /1/1439 to keep students abreast of the latest scientific and technological developments in the electrical engineering field.  With Saudi Energy Minister Dr. Khalid Al-Falih as patron, the forum will be attended by experts from all over the world to address issues related to electrical engineering. The participation of MU in the forum was with two inventions in renewable energy presented by four students from the college of engineering in the company of the Dean, Dr. Abdullah Al-Abdelkareem. The first invention is  air-conditioned Jamaraat Bridge using renewable energy by students Jihad Bin Jaser Al-Nahedh and Thamer Bin Hosam Al-Arfaj; the second one by students Ahmed Mohammed Al-Aheedeb and Badr Hamad Abanmi.was a smart waiting station for pilgrims using renewable energy.
