A Workshop on Individual Change Management held by Nursery Department

The Nursery Department at the College of Education in Majmaah – female campus- conducted on Wednesday a workshop entitled “Individual Change Management”.
Prepared by Ms. Hessah Al-Ghatani, the workshop targeted nursery department students. The primary themes of the workshop included introducing change management, the impact of change on an individual, response for change, essentials of changes and the best practices of reacting with variables.
