The Field Education Unit in the Department of Educational Sciences at the College of Education held a meeting with the field education students (level 8) entitled: (Field Education between Current and Future Prospect) on Sunday 11/5/1439 from 9:00 to 12:00 in the College Theater.
Dr. Fatima Farid Fakhri, Head of the Unit at the Department of Educational Sciences, started the meeting with some instructions regarding field education followed by a speech for Dr. Samah Mahmoud, Coordinator of the Department of Educational Sciences, and a workshop entitled: "Teaching Practice for Better Education" presented by Dr. Bashair Al-Rumaih, Vice Dean for the Female Section.
A guidebook of field education for female students was distributed, and a an acting scene showing mistakes in teaching was presented by the college graduates.
This was followed by a presentation by Dr. Mona El-Desouki entitled "The Outstanding Teacher" as well as another presentation by Dr. Iman El-Haysa entitled "The Changing Role of the Teacher in the Third Millennium".
Students’ questions about the obstacles and challenges in education were answered.
