The Community Service Unit at the College of Education in Majmaah held its first meeting chaired by the Vice Dean of the College of Education and the Head of Community Service Unit on Tuesday 21/2/1440 at 12:30 pm.
The meeting addressed the plan of the Unit in its 3 aspects:
1. Go into a partnership with the Education Department by implementing the initiative of supporting the College of Education as a house of expertise.
2. Go into a partnership with Rowad Al Majmaah schools
3. Foster the role of the College to participate in the celebration of Teacher's Day, the World Children's Day and the World Day of Disability
The meeting also discussed the methodology of the College in implementing the activities associated with the previous aspects including teachers and students.
At the end of the meeting, the committee recommended the importance of involving female students at the College of Education in the preparation, implementation and organization of activities in order to develop their skills and prepare them for the voluntary, educational and administrative skills necessary for the labor market and community service.
