1- Receipt of the updated schedules according to a certified copy from the academic departments.
2- Inventory of schedules on behalf of Ms, and the room number in private tables.
3- Follow-up the members in the identified classrooms according to school schedules which are approved by the heads of departments.
4- In case of the absence of one of the members, a letter is being sent to the department to explain the reason.
5- Reception of apology forms or cancel the lecture after the signature of the head of the department.
6- Collect the received responses from the departments and forward them to the relevant authorities if necessary.
7- Inventory of the letters of apology for the lectures in files.
8- Preparation of weekly report about the running of work and presenting it to the Vice Dean.
9- Preparation of monthly statistics that explain the absence of members.
