College of Science hosts Workshop on Time Management and Academic Success

The Guidance, Counseling, and Student Rights Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Biology, organized a training workshop titled "Time Management and Achieving Success." The workshop was presented by Dr. Noura Al-Suwaih, who raised students' awareness of the importance of effective time management and its role in supporting academic success, personal well-being, and a balanced university experience.

They explored practical strategies for smart planning, setting academic priorities, and managing distractions that can affect daily productivity. The workshop also covered task organization, distinguishing between urgent and important responsibilities, and techniques for increasing productivity while reducing exam-related stress, helping students improve their learning outcomes and achieve their academic goals more effectively.
