Student Activities Unit

Responsibilities  

 Receiving loan applications via the Deanship’s website and settling them.

• Receiving aid applications through the Deanship’s website and settling them.

• Processing the flight discount form submitted to Saudi Airlines.

• Processing student clearance from the Deanship of Student Affairs.

• Issuing student-related certifications from the Deanship of Student Affairs for external entities.

• Preparing the activity plan for the new academic year and presenting it to the College Council for preliminary approval before submission to the university.

• Implementing activity plans approved by the university.

• Preparing students culturally, socially, athletically, and artistically, while discovering and developing their talents.

• Contributing to the cultural, social, athletic, and artistic development of the student’s personality, guiding them toward becoming well-rounded individuals who love their country and leadership.

• Fostering national awareness among students by connecting them with the country’s achievements and reinforcing their sense of belonging.

• Discovering and nurturing student talents, refining them, and channeling their creative energies into productive and beneficial pursuits.

• Enriching students with knowledge and skills and instilling noble values and positive behaviors.

• Promoting a spirit of healthy competition and strengthening students’ social connections with peers, faculty, and their community.

• Organizing regular meetings between students and the Dean of the College and Vice Deans.

• Organizing Eid celebrations and recreational events for students.

• Organizing the Dean’s Award for the Outstanding Student, selecting the ideal student, and honoring them.
